The experienced pair have both completed a full pre-season and will make their debut in orange and charcoal for the first time since joining the club last year.
GIANTS Head Coach Leon Cameron said Griffen and Patfull would be among a number of high-profile players taking the field.
"Our guys are itching to play after the intra-club match last weekend and we look forward to a really good contest," Cameron said.
"There will be a couple of players in terms of load that won’t play but people like Ryan Griffen, Joel Patfull, Jeremy Cameron, Phil Davis, Dylan Shiel and Will Hoskin-Elliott are all very, very keen to play.
“We plan to field a very strong side on Saturday and test ourselves against bona fide opposition.”
The match will be played at Blacktown International Sportspark from 4.10pm with free entry for all GIANTS members with game access passes.
For those who can’t make it, GIANTS TV will have the entire match live streamed on gwsgiants.com.au with expert commentary.
A full replay will also be available on the website after the game and updates will also be posted on the GIANTS' Twitter and Facebook pages throughout the afternoon.
The GIANTS’ pre-season campaign continues against Essendon at Spotless Stadium on March 13 and against Sydney at StarTrack Oval, Canberra on March 22.
