GIANTS forward Jeremy Cameron is expected to play against Port Adelaide at StarTrack Oval, Canberra on Saturday following a minor procedure on his left ear.

Cameron suffered a perforated eardrum following an accidental knock to the head in the first quarter of last weekend’s match against the Gold Coast, but played out the game kicking four goals.

In further good news for the GIANTS, midfielders Lachie Whitfield (foot), Rhys Palmer (hamstring) and Josh Kelly (hamstring) have overcome injuries and are available for selection.

Ruckman Shane Mumford remains sidelined for a further week due to a knee injury, as is defender Tim Mohr who continues to recover from knee surgery.

Rookie-listed midfielder Sam Schulz is two weeks away from a return following an off-season shoulder reconstruction, while co-captain Phil Davis remains sidelined indefinitely due to a kidney injury.
