The Greater Western Sydney GIANTS Governance Charters shown on this page contain key provisions of the GIANTS’ corporate governance principles. These principles, which have been approved by the GIANTS Board of Directors, provide the framework for the governance of the Club.

The Club is strongly committed to sound principles of corporate governance. We believe these are integral to winning the trust of members, employees, players and protecting the AFL code. We also recognize there is a healthy debate about what constitutes sound principles of corporate governance and the Charters are reviewed on a regular basis.
